Cancellation policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no minimum term and no fee.

How to cancel. Log in to your customer account and cancel it from the subscriptions section, or write to manelserrano91@gmail.com.

When it takes effect. If you cancel before the next charge, you will not be charged again and no further bags will be sent. Orders already charged are shipped as usual.

Changes. You can also change the frequency or skip a delivery before the next charge.
