Els Cafès del Manel was born in Gràcia, from a way of understanding coffee without rush and with discernment.
We work with single-origin coffees that we roast in Cardona in small batches, respecting what makes each coffee different, from its origin to its profile in the cup.
The collection is based on three coffees and three streets in Gràcia, a way of connecting the product with our origins and with a down-to-earth approach.
We are a specialty coffee brand, but above all, we like to do things well: selecting, roasting, and explaining coffee clearly.
For us, coffee is part of everyday life, a break, or a quiet moment. And it is from this perspective that we build an honest and well-made brand.
Origin and traceability
We work with single-origin coffees, sourced from a single farm, cooperative, or specific lot. We are interested in knowing where each bean comes from and how it has been processed before arriving here. This information is not secondary; it is as much a part of the coffee as its taste.
When the coffee arrives at the roaster in Cardona, we work to maintain its profile. Each origin is different, and we treat it as such. We try to intervene as little as necessary so that the coffee can express its inherent qualities and reflect its place of origin.
Shipping and returns
We prepare orders within 24 to 48 business hours from the roaster. This is because we like the coffee to arrive fresh and in good condition, as it should be. When an order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
If there is any problem with the order or the product, you can write to us and we will calmly look into it to find a solution.
